1. Who we are
This website, reymont.ai, is operated by BinarApps Sp. z o.o., Roosevelta 6, 90-056 Łódź, Poland, KRS 0000494507, NIP 7262653540, REGON 101728315 (the "Controller", "we"). Reymont.ai is a brand of BinarApps Sp. z o.o.

2. What data we process and why
We process personal data in the following situations:
- Enquiries by e-mail or phone. Your contact details and the content of your message. Purpose: replying to your enquiry and, where relevant, preparing a proposal. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where you ask for a proposal, steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Booking a call. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly LLC processes your name, e-mail address and chosen time slot as a separate controller under its own privacy policy, and shares the booking with us. Purpose and legal basis as above.
- Server logs. IP address, browser type, requested pages and time of access, recorded automatically by our hosting provider. Purpose: security, error diagnosis and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Business contacts. Names, roles and business contact details of people at client and prospective client organisations. Purpose: managing the business relationship. Legal basis: performance of a contract or legitimate interest.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, a banner lets you choose which cookies we may use. Your choice is stored in your browser (key reymont_consent) for 12 months and can be changed at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- Necessary. Storage required for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. Always on. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Art. 173(3) of the Polish Telecommunications Law.
- Analytics. Set only if you accept them. Used to produce anonymous statistics about how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location based on a truncated IP address). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Until you consent, no analytics scripts are loaded.
We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google servers and, in doing so, transmits your IP address to Google. Google may process this data outside the EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you prefer to avoid this, you can block requests to fonts.googleapis.com in your browser.
4. Recipients of data
We share personal data only with providers that help us run this website and our business, under written data-processing agreements: our hosting provider, e-mail provider, our analytics provider (only if you consent to analytics cookies) and, where applicable, the CRM in which we record business contacts. Calendly acts as a separate controller for bookings. Details of current providers are available on request.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of our providers may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards where required.
6. How long we keep data
- Enquiries and call bookings: until the enquiry is closed and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless a business relationship follows.
- Cookie consent record: 12 months.
- Business contacts: for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by tax and accounting law or for the limitation period of potential claims.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
8. Is providing data mandatory?
Providing data when you contact us is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to you.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile website visitors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
